التسجيل وتنزيل التطبيق

1. أولاً قم بمسح الكود التالي من جوالك أو قم بالضغط على رابط التسجيل بدلا من مسح الكود وستنتقل مباشرة إلى صفحة التسجيل
2. قم بملء الحقول على النحو التالي:
1. ضع الاسم الذي تحب ان يظهر في التطبيق.
2. ضع رقم الجوال الخاص بك بدولة عُمان.
3. اضغط على زر Octane Code وسيصلك رمز OTP على جوالك.
4. أدرج رمز الـ OTP المرسل لك في خانة Enter Code.
5. ادخل كلمة مرور للتطبيق ثم أكدها.
6. اضغط على Confirm Register.
3. بعدها يتم نقلك مباشرة إلى صفحة تنزيل التطبيق.
4. قم بتنزيل التطبيق حسب جوالك: iPhone عبر App Store أو Android عبر Google Play.
5. بعد التنزيل، افتح التطبيق ووافق على السماح الإشعارات.
6. اختر اللغة المناسبة لك داخل التطبيق.
7. قم بتفعيل الموقع الجغرافي إذا طلب منك.
8. اضغط على زر "الحسابات" في الأسفل و قم بتسجيل الدخول.
9. قم بتسجيل الدخول باختيار الدخول عبر رقم الهاتف وليس عن طريق الايميل وقم بادخال رقم جوالك وكلمة المرور التي سجلتها سابقا ثم اضغط على تسجيل الدخول
10. تم تفعيل حسابك بنجاح وتمتع برصيد 100 نقطة كمستخدم جديد يظهر في محفظة

كيفية إضافة رصيد للتطبيق

1. قم بفتح التطبيق واضغط على زر "الحسابات" في الأسفل.
2. ثم اضغط على نقاط الاستهلاك.
3. ثم اضغط على اعادة شحن.
4. ثم اضغط حوالة بنكية واختر طريقة الدفع المناسبة لك.
5. على سبيل المثال لو اردت تحويل 300 ريال عماني من حسابك في بنك مسقط عن طريق رقم الجوال: اتبع الخطوات التالية:-
   1. قم بالذهاب الى تطبيق البنك الخاص بك ومن خلال (نظام الدفع عبر الهاتف النقال) قم بتحويل 300 ريال عماني - بالطريقة المعتادة لديك في بنكك - على الرقم الموجود داخل تطبيق HiShopping وخذ لقطة شاشة بتفاصيل الحوالة من تطبيق البنك
   2. ارجع مرة اخرى لتطبق HiShopping واكتب في خانة المبلغ 300 وقم بارفاق لقطة الشاشة التي التقطتها من حساب البنك الخاص بك واضغط على ايقونة الكاميرا لارفاقها ثم اضغط على تأكيد
6. انتظر بضع دقائق ثم اذهب الى شاشة الحسابات وستلاحظ انه تم تنزيل الرصيد في نقاط الاستهلاك وبذلك لديك رصيد 300 ريال عماني كامل تستطيع الشراء من اي متجر مشارك مع Hishopping

كيفية تنفيذ عملية شراء

1. قم بفحص الرصيد المراد دفعه للتاجر في محفظة الاستهلاك واذا كان المبلغ متوفراً في الاستهلاك انتقل للخطوة التالية
2. اضغط على رمز الماسح اعلى الشاشة الرئيسية
3. قم بمسح الQR الخاص بالتاجر أو المتجر المراد الشراء منه ثم أدخل المبلغ وأكد العملية.
4. اذا لم يكن المبلغ المراد دفعه للتاجر غير متوفر في محفظة الاستهلاك قم بشحن محفظة الاستهلاك إما بالتحويل من محفظة النقدية لمحفظة الاستهلاك، أو قم بشحن نقاط الاستهلاك من حسابك البنكي مباشرة
5. بعد التأكد من تواجد الرصيد في محفظة الاستهلاك قم بالرجوع الى النقطة رقم 2
6. ستلاحظ بعد نجاح عملية الدفع أنه تم خصم المبلغ من محفظة نقاط الاستهلاك و تم إضافة قيمة المبلغ المدفوع إلى محفظة وبذلك تكون قد استرجعت قيمة ما اشتريت بنسبة 100%

كيفية الاستفادة من النقاط والافراج عنها

1. قم بفتح التطبيق واضغط على محفظة من صفحة الحسابات
2. قم بالضغط على زر "انقر للافراج عن النقاط"
3. ثم في الصفحة التالية أيضا قم بالضغط على زر "انقر للافراج عن النقاط" مع ملاحظة انه يتم الافراج عن النقاط مرة فقط يومياً ويتم تحديد اليوم المفرج عنه في التقويم باللون الاخضر.
4. انتظر حتى تنتهي من مشاهدة الفيديو الاعلاني وبذلك تكون قد افرجت عن النقاط من محفظة إلى محفظة النقدية.
5. ملاحظة نسبة الافراج اليومي عن النقاط تكون على النحو التالي
   • المستخدم العادي: يتم الافراج عن النقاط بنسبة 0.1% بمعنى انه لو كان معك 1000 نقطة في محفظة يتم الافراج أول يوم عن 1 ريال عماني ثم يتناقص حسب مجموع النقاط المتبقية
   • المستخدم الفضي: يتم الافراج عن النقاط بنسبة 0.2% بمعنى انه لو كان معك 1000 نقطة في محفظة يتم الافراج أول يوم عن 2 ريال عماني ثم يتناقص حسب مجموع النقاط المتبقية
   • المستخدم البلاتيني: يتم الافراج عن النقاط بنسبة 0.6% بمعنى انه لو كان معك 1000 نقطة في يتم الافراج أول يوم عن 6 ريال عماني ثم يتناقص حسب مجموع النقاط المتبقية
   • المستخدم الذهبي: يتم الافراج عن النقاط بنسبة 0.7% بمعنى انه لو كان معك 1000 نقطة في محفظة يتم الافراج أول يوم عن 7 ريال عماني ثم يتناقص حسب مجموع النقاط المتبقية
6. ستلاحظ أنه يتم خصم النقاط من محفظة ويتم رصد تلك النقاط المفرج عنها في محفظة النقدية بنسبة 80% وفي محفظة بنسبة 20%.
7. بعد ذلك يمكنك سحب الاموال من محفظة النقدية عن طريق البنك كما ويمكنك الاستفادة من محفظة من خلال الشراء من المتاجر المشاركة.
8. بخصوص النقاط الموجودة في محفظة يتم تحويلها الى محفظة وسيكون لها استخدامات اخرى لاحقاً.

الباقات الموجودة وميزة كل باقة

1. هناك 3 باقات موجودة بالإضافة الى المستخدم العادي وهي على النحو التالي:
   • المستخدم العادي: وهو المستخدم الجديد الذي ليس بحوزته أي باقة ويكون رصيد نقاط لديه 100 نقطة بشكل تلقائي وتكون نسبة الافراج عن النقاط فيها 0.2% يومياً.
   • الباقة الفضية: ويتم الحصول عليها بمبلغ قدرة 10 ريال عماني تدفع لمرة واحدة فقط وتكون نسبة الافراج عن النقاط فيها 0.2% يومياً وعند الاشتراك بها يتم منح المستخدم 20 نقطة في .
   • الباقة البلاتينية: ويتم الحصول عليها بمبلغ قدرة 100 ريال عماني تدفع لمرة واحدة فقط وتكون نسبة الافراج عن النقاط فيها 0.6% يومياً وعند الاشتراك بها يتم منح المستخدم 300 نقطة في .
   • الباقة الذهبية: ويتم الحصول عليها بمبلغ قدرة 300 ريال عماني تدفع لمرة واحدة فقط وتكون نسبة الافراج عن النقاط فيها 0.7% يومياً وعند الاشتراك بها يتم منح المستخدم 1200 نقطة في .
2. شراء VIP هو حملة مؤقته اطلقتها HiShopping تبداء الحملة في 1 ابريل 2025 وسيتم الاعلان عن تاريخ الانتهاء في نظام التطبيق قبل 30 يوما.
3. عندنا يصبح رصيد حساب VIP صفرا يتم إعادة سرعة التحرير الى سرعة الأستخدام العادي (وهي 0.1%)

كيفية تفعيل باقة

1. قم بفتح التطبيق واضغط على زر "الحسابات" في الأسفل.
2. قم بالضغط على شراء عضوية النجوم.
3. قم بالضغط مرة أخرى على شراء عضوية النجوم.
4. قم باختيار الباقة المناسبة لك مع التأكد من توفر المبلغ في نقاط الاستهلاك.
5. قم بالموافقة على الاتفاقية واضغط على تأكيد الدفع.
6. مبارك لقد أصبحت عضواً حسب الباقة التي قمت بتفعيلها وقم بتفحص تنزيل النقاط في محفظة .

كيفية سحب النقاط النقدية

1. قم بفتح التطبيق واضغط على زر "الحسابات" في الأسفل.
2. قم بالضغط على محفظة نقاط النقدية.
3. ثم اضغط على زر السحب.
4. قم بتعبئة البيانات الخاصة بك بعناية:
   1. ادخل الاسم حسب بطاقة البنك
   2. قم باختيار البنك الخاص بك
   3. ادخل رقم حسابك في البنك
   4. ادخل عدد النقاط المراد سحبها (كل نقطة = 1 ريال عماني)
   5. ثم اضغط على زر تأكيد
5. ملاحظة/ يتم خصم 10% على مبلغ السحب النقدي

كيف تقوم برفع فواتير مشتريات سابقة في التطبيق

يسمح لك التطبيق لرفع فواتير سابقة لديك ودفع ماقيمته 20% فقط من اجمالي الفاتورة حتى تتيح للمستخدم استفادة أكبر

1. من الصفحة الرئيسية نقوم بالضغط على زر تجربة المستهلك
2. ثم نقوم بالضغط على علامة +
3. ثم نقوم برفع صورة الفاتورة من خلال الضغط على ايقونة الكاميرا
4. نقوم باختيار الفاتورة المناسبة المراد الاستفادة منها ثمن نضغط على زر الاختيار اسفل الشاشة
5. ثم نقوم بكتابة اسم المتجر وقيمة الفاتورة كما هي بالضبط
6. بمجرد كتابة مبلغ الفاتورة يتم احتساب المبلغ المطلوب دفعه (وهو يمثل 20% من قيمة الفاتورة)عن طريق محفظة الاستهلاك
7. مع ملاحظة انه يحب توفر مبلغ الدفع بحيث يجب ان تكون محفظة الاستهلاك اكبر من او تساوي مبلغ الدفع
8. ثم نضغط على زر تأكيد
9. يتم ارسال اشعار بنجاح العملية وستلاحظ زيادة محفظة الاطلاق بنسبة 120% من قيمة اجمالي الفاتورة المرفوعة

كيف تقوم بدعوة صديق لك للتسجيل في التطبيق

1. قم بفتح التطبيق واضغط على زر "الحسابات" في الأسفل.
2. قم بالضغط على زر دعوتي.
3. ثم قم بالضغط على زر دعوة الأصدقاء.
4. قم بتنزيل صور ال QR الخاصة بك او قم بمشاركتها بأحدى وسائل التواصل مباشرة
5. أبلغ صديقك بمسح رمز ال QR واتباع نفس خطوات التسجيل السابق ذكرها.
6. بهذه الطريقة يكون المستخدم الجديد قد أضيف تحتك مباشرة ويمكنك الاستفادة منه حال حصوله على الباقة الذهبية.

كيف تحقق اقصى استفادة من التطبيق (استثمر بذكاء)

1. أولا قم بالحصول على العضوية الذهبية وبذلك تحصل على 1200 نقطة ويصبح مجموع نقاطك هو 1300 نقطة وبذلك يبدأ الافراج معك عن النقاط في هذه الحالة بقيمة 9 ريال يومياً وبذلك تستطيع استعادة قيمة الباقة الذهبية التي دفعت ثمنها خلال 42 يوماً.
2. اذا قمت بدعوة شخص من خلالك وقام هذا الشخص بشراء الباقة الذهبية فانه يمنحك 360 نقطة تلقائيا تنزل في نقاطك وبذلك يصبح مجموع لديك هو 1660 نقطة وبذلك يبدأ الافراج معك عن النقاط في هذه الحالة بقيمة 11.5 ريال يومياً وبذلك تستطيع استعادة قيمة الباقة الذهبية التي دفعت ثمنها خلال 32 يوماً.
3. اذا قام الشخص الذي تحتك مباشرة بدعوة شخص آخر من خلاله وقام هذا الشخص بشراء الباقة الذهبية فانه يمنحك 120 نقطة تلقائيا تنزل في نقاطك وبذلك يصبح مجموع لديك هو 1780 نقطة وبذلك يبدأ الافراج معك عن النقاط في هذه الحالة بقيمة 12.5 ريال يومياً وبذلك تستطيع استعادة قيمة الباقة الذهبية التي دفعت ثمنها خلال 29 يوماً.
4. وهكذا كلما دعوت أشخاص بشكل أكبر وحصلوا على باقات ذهبية سيتم منحك نقاط أكثر ويكون الافراج عن النقاط لديك بشكل أكبر وأسرع.

Registration and Downloading the App

1. First, scan the following code with your phone or click on the registration link instead of scanning the code, and you will be redirected directly to the registration page
2. Fill in the fields as follows:
1. Enter the name you want to appear in the app.
2. Enter your mobile number in Oman.
3. Click on the Octane Code button and you will receive an OTP code on your phone.
4. Enter the OTP code sent to you in the Enter Code field.
5. Enter a password for the app and confirm it.
6. Click on Confirm Register.
3. You will then be redirected directly to the app download page.
4. Download the app according to your phone: iPhone via App Store or Android via Google Play.
5. After downloading, open the app and allow notifications.
6. Choose your preferred language within the app.
7. Enable location if requested.
8. Click on the "Accounts" button at the bottom and log in.
9. Log in by selecting Login via phone number (not via email) and enter your mobile number and the password you previously registered, then click on login
10. Your account has been successfully activated and you now have a balance of 100 points as a new user, which appears in the wallet

How to Add Balance to the App

1. Open the app and click on the "Accounts" button at the bottom.
2. Then click on Consumption Points.
3. Then click on Recharge.
4. Then click on Bank Transfer and choose the payment method that suits you.
5. For example, if you want to transfer 300 Omani Riyals from your Bank Muscat account via mobile number: follow these steps:-
   1. Go to your bank app and through (Mobile Payment System) transfer 300 Omani Riyals - in the usual way in your bank - to the number shown in the HiShopping app and take a screenshot of the transfer details from your bank app
   2. Return to the HiShopping app and enter the amount 300 in the amount field and attach the screenshot you took from your bank account and click on the camera icon to attach it then click on confirm
6. Wait a few minutes then go to the accounts screen and you will notice that the balance has been added to your Consumption Points and thus you have a full 300 Omani Riyals balance that you can use to purchase from any store participating with Hishopping

How to Make a Purchase

1. Check the amount required to be paid to the merchant in the Consumption Wallet. If the amount is available, proceed to the next step.
2. Click on the scanner icon at the top of the main screen
3. Scan the merchant’s QR code or the store's QR code, then enter the amount and confirm the transaction.
4. If the amount required is not available in the Consumption Wallet, top it up either by transferring from your Cash Wallet to the Consumption Wallet, or recharge it directly from your bank account.
5. Once you’ve ensured the balance is available in the Consumption Wallet, go back to step 2.
6. After a successful payment, you will notice that the amount was deducted from the Consumption Points Wallet and the same value has been added to your wallet. This means you’ve received 100% cashback on your purchase.

How to Benefit from Points and Release Them

1. Open the app and click on the wallet from the accounts page
2. Click on the "Click to Release Points" button
3. Then on the next page also click on the "Click to Release Points" button, noting that points can be released only once daily, and the release day is marked in green on the calendar.
4. Wait until you finish watching the advertisement video, and thus you have released the points from the wallet to the Cash wallet.
5. Note that the daily release percentage of points is as follows
   • Regular User: Points are released at 0.1%, meaning if you have 1000 points in the wallet, 1 Omani Riyal will be released on the first day, then decreases according to the remaining points.
   • Silver User: Points are released at 0.2%, meaning if you have 1000 points in the wallet, 2 Omani Riyals will be released on the first day, then decreases according to the remaining points.
   • Platinum User: Points are released at 0.6%, meaning if you have 1000 points in the wallet, 6 Omani Riyals will be released on the first day, then decreases according to the remaining points.
   • Gold User: Points are released at 0.7%, meaning if you have 1000 points in the wallet, 7 Omani Riyals will be released on the first day, then decreases according to the remaining points.
6. You will notice that points are deducted from the wallet, and those released points are credited to the Cash wallet at 80% and to the wallet at 20%.
7. After that, you can withdraw the money from the Cash Wallet through the bank. You can also benefit from the wallet by purchasing from participating stores.
8. As for the points in the wallet, they will be transferred to the wallet and will have other uses in the future.

Available Packages and Features of Each

1. There are 3 packages available in addition to the regular user, which are as follows:
   • Regular User: This is the new user who does not have any package and has 100 points in the wallet automatically, with a daily release rate of 0.2%.
   • Silver Package: Obtained for a one-time payment of 10 Omani Riyals, with a daily release rate of 0.2%, and upon subscription, the user is granted 20 points in the wallet.
   • Platinum Package: Obtained for a one-time payment of 100 Omani Riyals, with a daily release rate of 0.6%, and upon subscription, the user is granted 300 points in the wallet.
   • Gold Package: Obtained for a one-time payment of 300 Omani Riyals, with a daily release rate of 0.7%, and upon subscription, the user is granted 1200 points in the wallet.
2. VIP purchase is a temporary campaign launched by HiShopping starting on April 1, 2025, and the end date will be announced in the app system 30 days in advance.
3. When the VIP account balance reaches zero, the release speed returns to the regular user speed (which is 0.1%).

How to Activate a Package

1. Open the app and click on the "Accounts" button at the bottom.
2. Click on Purchase Star Membership.
3. Click again on Purchase Star Membership.
4. Choose the package that suits you, making sure the amount is available in your Consumption Points.
5. Agree to the terms and click on Confirm Payment.
6. Congratulations, you have become a member according to the package you activated, and check the points added to your wallet.

How to Withdraw Cash Points

1. Open the app and click on the "Accounts" button at the bottom.
2. Click on the Cash Points wallet.
3. Then click on the Withdraw button.
4. Fill in your details carefully:
   1. Enter the name as it appears on your bank card
   2. Select your bank
   3. Enter your bank account number
   4. Enter the number of points you want to withdraw (each point = 1 Omani Riyal)
   5. Then click on the Confirm button
5. Note: A 10% fee is deducted from the cash withdrawal amount.

How to Upload Previous Purchase Invoices in the App

The app allows you to upload previous invoices and pay only 20% of the total invoice amount to give the user greater benefits.

1. From the home screen, tap the "Consumer Experience" button.
2. Then tap the "+" icon.
3. Next, upload the invoice image by tapping the camera icon.
4. Select the appropriate invoice you want to benefit from, then tap the "Select" button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Enter the store name and the exact invoice amount as shown on the invoice.
6. Once the amount is entered, the required payment (which is 20% of the invoice value) will be automatically calculated and deducted from the Consumption Wallet.
7. Note: The required payment must be available — the Consumption Wallet balance should be greater than or equal to the amount due.
8. Then tap the "Confirm" button.
9. A notification will confirm the successful operation, and you will notice an increase in the Release Wallet balance equivalent to 120% of the total uploaded invoice amount.

How to Invite a Friend to Register in the App

1. Open the app and click on the "Accounts" button at the bottom.
2. Click on My Invitation.
3. Then click on Invite Friends.
4. Download your QR images or share them directly via one of the communication methods
5. Ask your friend to scan the QR code and follow the same registration steps mentioned earlier.
6. This way, the new user will be added directly under you, and you can benefit from them when they obtain the Gold Package.

How to Maximize Your Benefit from the App (Invest Smartly)

1. First, get the Gold Membership, thus getting 1200 points, making your total points 1300, and thus the release of points starts with you in this case at a value of 9 Omani Riyals daily, so you can recover the value of the Gold Package you paid for within 42 days.
2. If you invite someone through you and this person purchases the Gold Package, you will automatically be granted 360 points added to your points, making your total 1660 points, and thus the release of points starts with you in this case at a value of 11.5 Omani Riyals daily, so you can recover the value of the Gold Package you paid for within 32 days.
3. If the person directly under you invites another person through them and this person purchases the Gold Package, you will automatically be granted 120 points added to your points, making your total 1780 points, and thus the release of points starts with you in this case at a value of 12.5 Omani Riyals daily, so you can recover the value of the Gold Package you paid for within 29 days.
4. Thus, the more people you invite and the more Gold Packages they obtain, the more points you will be granted, and the release of points will be greater and faster for you.
